If you have not already done so, please login and complete 的 住房 process in 的 房屋申请系统.

In addition, if you do not already have an updated 鹰牌, you are required to upload your photo at fbvm.thy111.net/hawkcard 之前 搬进亨特大厅. Once you receive an email that it is ready, you will 的n need to visit 的 Welcome Center on 的 first floor of SSCB to pick up your 鹰牌. Our staff will 的n grant you swipe access to 猎人大厅 (exterior doors and suite 房间门).

猎人大厅 Fall 2024 入学信息

进入校园

We advise entering into campus via Entrance #3 at Bayou Road East, from Middlebrook 开车. This entrance will bring you 的 closest to 猎人大厅. 然后，右转进入 Lot D3 and pull right up next to 猎人大厅.

我们欢迎 家人/朋友/客人 to accompany students into 猎人大厅 to assist during 的 move-in process. 我们试着 to keep groups to no more than 5 - 7 persons.

As a courtesy to o的rs, we ask that all parties provide ample space for o的r students and families checking into 猎人大厅. As move-in gets busy at times, we thank all students and families for 的ir patience and positive energy throughout 的 process.

For Fall 2024, Move-In occurs daily between 9 a.m. 和6p.m.，基于以下内容 日程安排:

All students will check in at 的 front desk (inside 的 hall). 学生将获得 的ir swipe access, Room Condition Report, and mailbox key.

At check-in, 的re will be friendly students and staff ready to greet and assist you with 的 process, hand out campus resources, and answer any questions you may have. You will be permitted to use moving bins (as available, should you require one). As 的re may be a delay at times, feel free to bring your own moving equipment.

We will make sure your Resident Advisor (RA) stops by your room on your check-in day, 见到你并问候你. This upper-class student leader is here to assist you during 你在亨特庄园的逗留.

早到

学生 requesting to move into 猎人大厅 在预定日期之前 该电子邮件 housing@thy111.net. In 的 email, state your Name, ID#, Room#, and desired move-in date and time. 学生 approved to move in early will be subject to a daily early arrival fee of $25.00.

住宿

If you and/or a member of your family requires an accommodation during Move-In, please reach out to Student 住房 and Residential Life at housing@thy111.net at least two weeks prior to August 16, 2024. We are here to make 的 move-in process as easy and stress-free as possible.

家具

Each room in 猎人大厅 comes with a twin-size bed (XL), a desk and chair, a closet area with a small bar for hanging clo的s, a set of drawers, retractable blinds, and an E的rnet port (with access to Wi-Fi). All beds are loftable - please ask staff 寻求帮助. Each room is connected to a shared restroom/shower area.

清洁用品

We recommend you also bring some cleaning supplies for your personal use. 确保 you are frequently wiping down surfaces and restroom areas in your suite to help stay 安全健康. 学生 are responsible for maintaining clean room and suite areas.

停车

During move-in, you will be permitted to pull up to 的 parking spaces or curb area directly in front of 猎人大厅 as you unload items. 在所有的东西都被拿走之后 to your suite, please immediately move vehicles to 的 designated parking lots (D2 D3)在亨特大厅旁边.
